I have used Honest 1 in Deltona for all my cars for the past year---excellent service at each visit. The mechanics are willing to speak with you and explain what they find and what they suggest needs to be done---NO pressure!! Eric at the front was very friendly---very professional. Brought in my car fearing the worst because it'd been acting up but not showing any error codes. Honest-1 though was incredibly patient, especially Eric who took time to talk and explain everything to me, and took extra time to figure out my cars issue instead of giving up when the answer wasn't obvious. The repairs as well were also decently priced and my car is driving great again. Looking forward to returning for a wheel alignment!

I COMPLETELY forgot yo update a Month after they 'made things right' and fixed this issue they installed the part upside down and caused more damage to my car I got repaired at another mechanic's.

As soon as I walked in and saw how beautiful, organized and well maintained it was, I said to myself now this is a place I can trust! First impression excellent! Now for Eric and the lady driver....did not get her name .... they treated me with high quality service (5 stars). I am definitely going to do my business with them from here on out.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! i have been going to honest 1 since I moved to Florida in 2016. They have always been great and done great work on both mine and my husbands car. Today I had an issue with a sound my car was making (nothing major,just lost a couple screws under my car) I popped in without an appt and they showed me where the sound was coming from, fixed it at no charge! I was out of there in less than an hour. Go to Honest 1...you wont be sorry (Ira is the best!)

I brought my van to be checked and I was told the fee to diagnose the vehicle was roughly $100... after a few hours I was told that they had to do a smoke test to find the problem and that the new price for the check up was $200 to find out what the problem was. I was not happy about that but I said ok to the $200 total to diagnose the vehicle. The next day I had to call to get an update and I was told the vehicle needs multiple items to repair the vehicle which would total in the thousands since the manifold had to be replaced alongside some other items. I told the service advisor I couldn’t do those repairs and I would go to pick up my vehicle. When I arrive, thinking I was going to pay $200 for no repairs, I was told I had to pay $340... I was livid because not only was that not the price I was told but no repairs were performed. Long story short I would never bring any of my vehicles to your shop but I will make sure to tell everybody I know and online on all the review places I can find about this u pleasant encounter. In my opinion you need to change your name to something more suitable to the way you handle business.

Straightforward and reliable, I highly recommend this shop.
