I have used Honest 1 for my car for a while now, but this past weekend I had to have my step-daughters car towed into there because another shop totally messed up a wheel alignment, causing major damage to the right front end. They did a spectacular job fixing what the other shop screwed up. They also had the vehicle ready ahead of schedule, and my step daughter is delighted and now feels safe driving it. The work invoice was 3 pages long just to give an idea on how badly it was messed up. Thanks Honest 1 for the great job.😀

Beautiful facility, very clear on the price and yeah, they're honest. I was met by the owner who came out to shake hands with me. Nice staff and I'll be back.

We had a brake light out and stopped in for a time when we could have it fixed- they asked us to wait for a few minutes and completed the task quickly! When we asked what the charge was, they just said have a great day, no charge! Above and beyond 😁 Terrific place and as seniors we really appreciated it! Thanks so much!

Great shop!! Very clean, excellent customer service and very honest. They were able to get me the best prices around AND drove me home while I got my car worked on. Definitely found my permanent shop

Thank you for the nice review. We work at keeping our shop clean and welcoming to our customers. Many don't choose to use our shuttle service and we want them to be comfortable while they wait.
