I took my ford to the dealer. They told me 2 times, there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. Then I took it 1 last time, and they had It for 3 days. They came back and told me I needed 3000 worth of work. I thought I was being taken advantage of. Me being an older woman. I took my car to Honest 1. Vanessa and Barry helped me understand that I dont need 3000 worth of work to my vehicle. They got me financed for the work I did need and it was just tires. I will tell everyone to go to them. Especially Vanessa and Barry. Great job guys. Earned a customer for life!!

I brought my car in without an appointment to have my brakes looked it. Andrew got me in right away. He was great. They replaced two of my brake pads. I don’t have any complaints. I was very pleased with the service and will recommend my friends to Honest One.

Disorganized but get the work done

I have been going here almost 2 years now for my Challenger. I have always left happy. One time my engine light came on, and they went and checked and found it was a loose gas cap. No Charge. I am not sure who the one stars complaining being ripped off are about, but I have not experienced that, but then If my car had certain things going on, I would tell them, so they knew in advance. Come on people these guys are not mind readers.

All the staff is very friendly and professional. The price for services is awesome and they have workshops just for moms and daughters to get a better understanding of basic care car. I would highly suggest this establishment for your car care.
