I've been coming to Honest-1 for a couple years. They are the cleanest auto repair shop I have ever seen, from the very pleasant office/waiting area to the immaculate shop floor. Everything is always transparent and never pushy. The staff is always friendly. They work very hard to be a female friendly environment. As a woman who is not completely ignorant about cars and car repair I really appreciate that.

PROS: Facility is very clean and service is very friendly and helpful. I enjoy the communication with pictures and updates sent to my phone. Repairs I had done seem to be done well :) CONS: Prices are a little higher than other places. I went down the road straight from having repairs done at this location to save $55 dollars for the same service. That was my decision though. Diagnostic fees make me hesitate to bring in my vehicle right away...I usually do though.

Mr. Long. Thanks for visiting with us and telling us your thoughts. We try to make each customers visit a good experience with as you said, a VERY clean shop and friendly employees. We try to be competitive on all of our pricing. We do use OEM or better parts to give our customers a 3 year warranty on all services. Most shops provide a 1 year warranty at best. BUT anytime, bring a quote in and we will beat it. Have a great day. H1 Team

Had a scare when my electronic shifter in my car decided to to go crazy while I was driving no less. Brought it to Honest care. Had them check and they were very upfront and truly honest about was needed turns out it was a battery issue. Could also have been the shifter but told me to go with the battery to save a lot of money. Thanks very being upfront. Will decide my car their again no problem 👍🏼
