We got an oil change. They did a fantastic job with everything. It was the best oil change that we have ever had. I have two small kids and their waiting room is the best waiting room ever! An hour passed by faster than I thought it would with my two kiddos. They made the experience carefree and peaceful. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

A very friendly and professional business. Understanding of your mechanical requirements at a very fair price. The most comfortable and clean waiting area outside of a new car dealership. I have visited them for many different needs over the years and have never been happier with a local shop.

i love this place they are honest and don't just throw parts on to hope it fixes the problem also im impressed that they only hire ase certified mechanics that was important to me as i have dealt with so called shade tree mechanics before. my wife and i will be a lifelong customer from here on out

Called to book an appointment for oil change and the individual I spoke with was kind with great upbeat and positive attitude. Upon entering the store I was promptly greeted by AJ behind the service counter who was equally as inviting, friendly and professional. Checking in my vehicle was quick and efficient. While waiting for my oil change, I received text updates regarding the status of completion. Attached to the text is a link where I could review in depth details about my service and any recommendations or issues they found with my vehicle upon inspection which I found very impressive. Turnover time was quick. Veteran discount. 10/10 recommend. I used to work at the service department at a dealership so I have a behind the scenes at how service works and I feel that I can say with confidence this team at Honest-1 Auto on Howland Blvd is reliable, trustworthy and has excellent customer service.
