Was First time at Honest 1.was a great experience.Very nice customer lounge while waiting.Friendly people to deal with.Over all I would recommend going there and I will be back myself.

This place is horrible don't go there! My mother is 64 yrs old and went by herself. She calls me from this shop and their guy at the desk tells me my mothers wheel alignment will cost $1200 because the need to replace a bunch of front end parts to complete the alignment. It was all a lie. We then took her car to an honest place in orange city and they told us there nothing wrong the only charged $60 for the alignment and the Jeep drives great. These guys are not honest and are just trying to update and take advantage of people. Stay away!!!!

Chris, We apologize that you did not get the service you deserve. Anytime someone does not get 5-star service we know we have done something wrong. We are sorry that happened. On alignments, we do an inspection because because we don't want the customer to spend money on something that will not correct the problem. In this case we did not do the alignment because we felt the suspension was loose and did not want to waste your mom's money. We did give her an estimate and we never push for a sale as you saw. We reached out to the phone number we have and would love to have you bring the car in so we can show you what we found. Absolutely no charge. Again, we apologize for you not being 110% satisfied.

First visit and was very impressed with the staff and waiting room. Just went for an oil change today and they were fast and efficient. They even brought in the oil filter I needed prior to my appointment. Free refreshments and WiFi. The waiting area has a coffee shop feel!

I made an appointment for a Sunday morning for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. They asked if there was any issues for the alignment and I said not really, just wanted it checked. They came back saying my inner and outer tie rods were loose and they recommended replacing them then proceeding with the rotation and alignment. Also that my battery was low for cranking amps. So they only did the oil change and provided me a quote for the suggested work ($1,400). I asked my ex to look at it and he said the passenger outer tie rod had a little bit of play, but everything else looked ok. Ended up replacing the outer tie rods and brake pads, and took it for an alignment after and it didn't even need adjusting. Cost me $150 total. I'll stick with oil changes only. Thanks guys.

It sounds like your ex agreed that some suspension work was required and that you shouldn't do an alignment until that work is completed. We do provide an electronic measurement of your battery cranking amps. We base our recommendations on the manufacturers recommendations on minimum cranking amps. Went in for an estimate to have all the fluids replaced on my 2013 Silverado. Price was competitive. Took my truck in the next day for service because there was no pressure to have it done while I was there. Craig was my service advisor and was very informative and was happy to answer additional questions I had about my truck. The service was done as promised with no issues. It's nice to have something done right the first time. I will take our vehicles to Honest 1 in the future for service.
