UP DATE as of March 24, 2021. I took my vehicle back on the appointment date and Andrew and the staff were right on top of things. While my estimate came out much higher then I thought as there were more issues with my vehicle then I thought, Andrew worked with me to get the needed repairs I needed done today and written estimate for the other issues I need to take care soon but we’re able to wait. There was no pressure to get it all done now and pay much more now then intended. PLUS after work was done I found out they give a 3 YEAR 36,000 MILE WARRANTY with the repair NATION WIDE. While I hope and pray they continue to work me (no reason I see they won’t) with further repairs, I’d don’t mind paying a little more for quality work WITH A WARRANTY then some other place I don’t know either and doesn’t back their work this way. They also showed me pictures of what was wrong and a complete inspection of the vehicle. Thanks Andrew and Honest 1. Just moved and retired to the area and have no idea about a good mechanic. I have tried SEVERAL in the area trying to get my wife’s car looked at and have been told when to bring our car in just to find out they were booked a d could not see us. I checked this place out and the lady was very nice and said I would get a call back shortly from one the guys about tires. Am still not sure if my wife’s car needs tires or what but tired of putting out money. While we just bought the car (used) here in the area less then a month ago and have put all new breaks and rotors all the way around and had the front axels worked on. Not sure if vibration in front end is from needing tires, a CV boot or motor Mount. Praying I can get into this place SOON (Andrew did call me back right away and was great). Hoping it is just the tires and I don’t put all new tires on and still have the vibration issue and have to do something else. In 30+ years LE work I’ve seen a lot and so far this place seems nice and on target.
