Took car in for one thing was told that it was ready so I went to pick it up and they had cause malfunction to another thing that was working when I took it in so I had to leave it again. This was not the first time I took my car to them and the same thing happened the first time. I decided to give them a second chance but they will not get me for the third time as a customer. And their prices is very high and questionable.

AJ and the team at this Honest-1 are the best, hands down. My wife and I trust them with both are vehicles and are there pretty often 😂 our high mileage vehicles have been in need of their tender loving care the past couple months. Brought in a Honda Insight from my dealership to change the sway bar links and tie rods. The repairs were done in an afternoon. Got the alignment the next morning and it's running beautiful. The quality of they're work speaks for itself. Thank you guys.

The Auto care team at Honest 1 is the most caring, professional, personable, courteous, knowledgeable and honest people and shop that I have ever come across. They work on all of our vehicles from Mercedes Benz to 6.7 litre diesel F350 trucks and they have been an absolute blessing for our family and businesses. Not only did they misdiagnose my car, they tried to charge me over $8k to fix the wrong thing! If I have any car troubles I won’t dare even think about bringing my car to this place ever again. 0/10 would not recommend

I no longer get anxious about my car's service/repairs because I go to Honet-1 Auto Care. The service is great and the service advisor is there for your info. Most importantly my car runs fine!
