I've been to H1 a few times for oil changes and they've always been great, but recently my engine started having issues while I was headed home and I was able to limp it to their location. Not only did they give me a ride home while they worked on diagnosing the issue, they sent me video and photos of my engine and a full workup of what needed to be done. The cost for all that diagnostic was almost 1/2 of what my dealership would charge me for a way less complex problem! They're so nice and professional and the waiting area is spotless and welcoming. I always feel safe and that they have my (and my car's) best interests at heart.
