I had an overwhelmingly positive experience at Honest-1 yesterday. I discovered them because a rep provided my workplace with a few coupons for a free oil change. I decided to take the trip to Deltona, and I was very glad I did. I walked into a beautiful new building equipped with cold AC, free wifi, free drinks and snacks, and even a couple of iPads on which to work! Or, you could sit and watch Tv or peruse their stack of magazines as you wait for your car to be ready. When I called to make an appointment, they were very organized and professional, and dealing with them in person was no different. Typically, when provided with a free service, I expect to be up-sold on all the others things that could be done to my vehicle. However, the guy at the desk provided me with a copy of my car's inspection, an explanation of each potential issue, and didn't so much ask if I wanted to take care of those things that day. Furthermore, he provided me with a coupon for a free car wash at the place next door. Overall, I felt like I received honest, great work from a great company. Never once did I feel like I was I was being pressured into anything or sold on things I didn't need. You can tell that this place plans on being successful through good work and a stellar reputation, instead of making a quick buck off of people who don't know anything about cars. I highly recommend this place!
