Honest-1 Auto Carr is very good and prompt when it came for my oil change! It was my first time there and it’ll be my forever place to continue getting my oil changed! Vanessa was a pleasant, funny and personable! The place was clean and comfortable to wait in! I will definitely be recommending anyone who needs auto service! This place was very prompt when it came to having my oil changed. It’s best to make an appointment since their service is so good customers continue to return and they stay busy! Vanessa was a pleasure to work with and was very professional! This was my first time there and it won’t be my last. This will be my new place to have my oil changed!!! excellent prices and service and they dont give you the shaft on fake repairs

My service engine light came on and I took my car into Honest-1 and was very happy on how clean the waiting room was with beverage offered for all. The staff also provided updated info what needed to be done and they were they provided a ride to my home and a pick up when my car was ready and the work was excellent . They also provided additional work that needed to be done I recommend everyone to try them out .

Super impressed with Honest1! The facility was clean and inviting. You can tell that they want women to feel comfortable. My brakes were fixed in about an hour (after walking in without an appointment), and they have financing available! I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

Honest-1 Auto Care . I must say I was impressed with the service I received via phone and when I came in. I was offered a same day apt. And thoroughly appreciate the honesty of a full vehicle inspection. Venessa was awesome, fantastic customer service skills. I was told upfront what issues I had and given expertise advice. I would recommend them to everyone I know. It was an experience I won’t ever forget. I will be back.
